What is Torricelumn™?
A superior moisturizing complex that has revolutionized skin care, Torricelumn™ is a powerful proprietary anti-aging ingredient compound. Torricelumn™ is a blend of vitamins, proteins, botanicals and anti-oxidants that penetrate deep into the skin helping to dramatically reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles, help even out the look of skin imperfections and help make skin feel silky smooth and more resilient. It is listed! Just not as you would expect it. First Torricelumn™ is a proprietary blend of vitamins, nutrients and minerals mixed with sea kelp. Next, we have broken those ingredients down into their INCI format (the universal recognized form of ingredients in skin care). Hope that helps!

What is the difference between the Essence of Torricelumn™, Supreme Essence of Torricelumn™ and Triple effect Essence of Torricelumn™?
The Supreme Essence of Torricelumn™ is closest to the original form of the Essence, both blue and gold bottles have blue/green algae and a different process with it and they are completely paraben free. Whereas, the Triple Effect Essence of Torricelumn™ has three different types of Sodium Hyaluronate. Although there’s a different Essence for everyone’s needs, we try to keep up with the best that science has to offer.
What products are best to start out with?
Our Suprême Essence of Torricelumn™ is the first step we suggest you begin your journey with. This concentrated serum is Oil Free, Paraben Free, Silicone Free, Fragrance Free, Phalate free, Mineral Oil free and hypoallergenic. All you need is one to two drops before moisturizer to start to see a dramatic difference in 28 days.
Can products not be used ongoing past the 28 days?
Yes, we definitely encourage you to keep using the products past 28 days. Our serums are clinically tested to show results in 28 days, however to keep seeing results, you should continue using them.
In what order should I apply EG products?
Products should be applied in the order of: Cleanser, Toner, Mask (optional step 2-3 times a week, please wash off), Concentrate/Booster, Serum, Cream, Oil. If you do not have a specific product just move on to the next one in the order.
Does EG test products on animals?
We do not test our products on animals. Each of our products undergo clinical studies using human volunteers who love being the first to experience the moisturizing and anti-aging benefits of our skin care. Scientists with decades of experience in the industry test our ingredients in our sophisticated laboratories. No product leaves our doors without being tested by Margot, whose sensitive skin and discerning tastes must be satisfied before the product gets the Elizabeth Grant Skin Care seal of approval.
Are your products gluten-free?
Our products are not gluten-free, however, if you do have a gluten allergy and would like to use our products then please reference our ingredient list and do a patch test on the back of your wrist or on the back of your neck – somewhere less visible to see how your skin reacts first.
Is EG ever planning on adding Sunscreens / Sunblocks to the products?
Unfortunately, we cannot place any SPF in our products in North America, as we do not have a DIN number. A DIN is a Drug Identification Number, something we have a little challenge wrapping our heads around. Why is an SPF considered a drug? It's because it's heavily curated with too many chemicals, we do have a natural health number allowing us to use healthier measures to block out the sun when needed in North America. However, our creams are thin enough that if you place your favourite SPF on top of them it will not disrupt the efficacy of our creams and will not disturb your skin.
Also, a DIN is exuberantly expensive (per sku) and we do not want to put that cost on our clients or increase our product cost. The plus side is that many of our face creams contain natural sun blocking ingredients and help protect skin from the harsh rays as well as other environmental aggressors. However, we ALWAYS recommend adding your favourite sunscreen as your last routine step to ensure that skin is effectively protected.
Are EG products safe to use during pregnancy?
Our products are safe to use during pregnancy and have been used by many pregnant women, however, we would also recommend consulting your doctor.
Does your product contain paraben?
Yes, all of our products are not only free of Parabens but they are also free of Phalates.
Are EG products safe for sensitive skin?
All of our products are Paraben and Phalate free and are safe for sensitive skin. We would particularly recommend our Suprême Cell Vitality line for sensitive skin as products in this line are also free of fragrance, mineral oils and sulfates. We also recommend referencing our ingredient list and doing a patch test on the back of your wrist or on the back of your neck – somewhere less visible to see how your skin reacts first.

How can I cancel or edit my address an order?

What do I do if there is a shipping error on my order?

How does EG charge for Shipping?
Our shipping rates are determined by the weight of the order as well as the location that it is being shipped to – these rates are calculated by third party services such as UPS, FedEx etc. Please see our full shipping policy here.
How do I return EG products?
Please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the return of your products. Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept opened or used items.
What is your product guarantee and return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All sale items are final sale. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
